New product launch: Pro Xentral – Heat IQ

Xtellio is launching Pro Xentral – Heat IQ, a new solution designed to give rental businesses and service teams better visibility into heater performance, status, and location. The device makes it possible to remotely monitor run hours, ON/OFF status, diagnostic information, and GPS location, helping reduce unnecessary site visits and improve service response.  

Pro Xentral – Heat IQ is built to help companies diagnose heater issues without sending technicians to the job site. It reports the reason for the last shutdown, total run hours, and current operating status, giving service teams faster access to the information they need to keep equipment running and reduce downtime.  

The solution is compatible with burner controllers such as R.W. Beckett GeniSys 7565/7585 and is installed through a three-wire setup, with onboarding and pairing handled through the Xtellio Picco mobile app.  

In addition to heater diagnostics, Pro Xentral – Heat IQ also functions as a GPS tracker, making it easier to locate heaters across jobsites and recover equipment in cases of theft or misplacement. When powered and ON, it transmits data every five minutes by default and automatically shifts to 60-minute intervals during downtime. If main power is lost, the device switches to an internal backup battery that recharges when power returns.  

The device can also be paired with Xtellio Xenses, including Temperature Xense and Fuel Xense, allowing customers to expand the solution with additional operational data as needed. Data can be accessed in Xtellio Butler, verified in the Picco app, or integrated directly into existing software platforms through Xtellio’s open APIs.
