With a Xentral Card Reader, your employees simply scan an ID card, guaranteeing physical presence. When staff scan in or out, the card reader records a timestamp linked to a unique personnel ID. Data uploads automatically to Xtellio Cloud, enabling seamless integration into your payroll system or client reporting via APIs.

Proof of physical presence

Since this solution requires a physical ID card, no one can register remotely. This guarantees that a person with a unique personal ID card was physically present when a timestamp and ID were recorded. You have the documentation to prove it.

Easy to install

Unlike on-site tablets, the card reader won’t disconnect from Wi-Fi, as it has an embedded SIM that transfers data via the mobile network. You also eliminate the need for mobile phones or tech support. With the battery version, you can install it anywhere without requiring power or Wi-Fi—just secure it with zip ties or two screws. If power access isn’t an issue, we also offer a fixed-power version.
