Digitize to gain valuable insight

Welfare units often consume excessive energy unnecessarily. Reducing this remotely is challenging without insight into on-site conditions. Is heat escaping because windows are left open? Has the heating not been turned down after the crew has left? Xtellio’s solution for welfare units leverages sensor data and automation to minimize energy waste. You’ll also receive precise energy consumption data, simplifying CO₂ footprint calculations.

Let automations help you save costs

Xtellio devices provide data on window and door activity, temperature, humidity, and precise energy consumption readings from the energy meter. An IR transmitter device remotely controls the HVAC unit based on readings from other sensors. It can automatically turn off the HVAC unit if windows or doors remain open for too long or lower the temperature if the sensor detects it is too high. You can also schedule it to reduce the temperature at night or outside working hours and to shut off during weekends and holidays.

The Gateway Xentral (dark icon) collects data from the Xenses (blue icons) and transmits it to Xtellio Cloud via the mobile network. You can access the data through the Xtellio Butler web app, the Xtellio Picco mobile app, or integrate it into your own software solution using Xtellio's APIs.
