Easy access to machine data

Struggling with a stable solution for data collecting and forwarding? Xtellio Pro Xentral is a standardized product that can be easily installed across almost all machine types and variants. Use the basic Xtellio service applications for device management and data validation and forward it via cloud-based APIs to your preferred environment.

Xtellio Pro Xentral

This compact 6-wire device tracks essential utilization metrics like total run hours, daily activity, current and historical locations, and even tilt angle—giving you a comprehensive overview of how your machines are used. Simply hardwire it to the machine’s main power, ground, and digital inputs (1–3) to monitor ignition status, hour counters, and more.

Know exactly where your machines are

With built-in GPS tracking, the Pro Xentral provides precise location data, so you always know where your machines and equipment are located. Whether they’re left behind on a job site or at risk of theft, you can track and recover them effortlessly.

Seamless uptime with backup battery support

By default, Pro Xentral transmits data every two minutes when inputs are active (voltage above threshold), and automatically shifts to 60-minute intervals during downtime to conserve power. And if main power is lost, no worries—it seamlessly switches to an internal backup battery, which recharges when power returns.

Unlock further insights via Xense pairing

Pair Pro Xentral with Xtellio Xenses—like the Input Xense or CAN-Bus Xense—to expand your data insights. You can also connect it to an access control device to ensure only authorized personnel can operate the machine. When paired with external devices, Pro Xentral acts as a powerful gateway, from where you can scale with the Xense devices to match your operational needs.
